Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering
The grade-point average must be competitive. GRE scores must be competitive (including Verbal, Quantitative, and Analytical Writing).

Department of Systems and Industrial Engineering Official transcripts of current GRE scores must be submitted to the SIE Department. Only the general GRE scores are essential. Minimum entrance requirements are scores of 500 verbal, 700 quantitative, and 650 analytical or 3.5 for Masters program and 500 verbal, 750 quantitative and 700/5.0 analytical for the PhD program. Applicants from non-English-speaking countries must submit TOEFL scores to the Graduate College (at least 575 is required)

Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering
Admission Requirements:
GPA is 3.25 or above
GRE general scores in the upper 25% (verbal, quantitative and analytical)>
TOEFL score of 550 or higher (paper-based); 213 or higher (computer-based) or 79-80 or higher (internet-based). The internet-based test is the test recommended if it is available to you. It has the speaking part component, and a score of 26 or higher would be required if you apply for a teaching assistantship in our department.
