In order to receive the benefits of the scholarship, the candidate must be admitted for full-time undergraduate study at an eligible college or university in the state of Ohio. This is applicable for the residents of Ohio and the applicants should be not more than 25 years of age.
- The ACT Scholarship Sponsored by The Ability Center of Greater Toledo, the scholarship provides disabled candidates funds for college education. In order to be eligible for this, the student is required to be a local resident, preferably living in Lucas, Wood, Fulton, Henry, Ottawa, Defiance, or Williams County in the state of Ohio, with a documented disability. The candidate should also secure a minimum of 3.0 GPA.
- Ohio Safety Officers College Memorial Fund This provides grants to the children and spouses of firefighters and police officers who have been killed in the line of duty. The fund covers the entire tuition fee for qualified candidates who are enrolled full-time, or part-time, at a college or university in the state of Ohio. The candidate also must be a resident of Ohio.
