PhD in CS : The four areas we weigh are, in rough order of importance: letters of recommendation, your record of projects or research, undergraduate institution and transcript, and GRE scores.
MS in Electrical Engineering:Grade point average of at least 3.3.

720 or above on the quantitative reasoning part
5.0 or above on the analytical writing part
